Seventeen days after the SLBC tunnel collapse in Telangana, robotic teams have finally entered to rescue the seven trapped workers. Telangana's SLBC tunnel rescue operation enters a critical phase as robotic teams join the efforts to locate trapped workers. The government has deployed robots to ensure the safety of rescue personnel, given the hazardous conditions inside the tunnel. A Hyderabad-based robotics company has sent a team with advanced equipment to navigate the debris. With 110 personnel on the ground, operation aims to overcome challenges posed by water, slush, and submerged Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) fragments. CM Revanth Reddy had earlier suggested using robotic technology to expedite the rescue mission.
