The national capital of Delhi is facing severe flooding caused by heavy rains and the rising water level of the Yamuna River. The floodwaters have submerged several low-lying areas, including Nigambodh Ghat and residential neighborhoods. Residents have been forced to seek refuge on the upper floors of their homes, while major roads like GT Karnal Road have also been inundated. The floods have caused significant damage to residential areas and infrastructure across the city.
