Amit Shah Vs Rahul Gandhi: 2029 Polls, SIR Row & Anti-CEC Campaign Heat Up

The political war between the BJP and the Congress-led INDIA bloc has intensified over the opposition’s campaign against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has targeted Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of using SIR to deflect attention from electoral defeats and alleging that the Congress is shielding infiltrators. Shah also predicted a decisive NDA victory in the 2029 Lok Sabha elections. Congress leader Pawan Khera hit back, questioning the basis of Shah’s prediction. Rahul Gandhi has vowed that the opposition’s protest will continue until Gyanesh Kumar resigns.
