Union Budget 2015: FM Arun Jaitley proposes social security system

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Saturday said in his Budget speech that the government will put in place a universal social security number.

Jaitley made the statement in his maiden full-year Union Budget for the 2015-16 financial year.
