The Railway Ministry's customer-friendly measures  focused on the common man definitely commits to a broader objective of enhancing customer experience and providing better services.

Setting up of a passenger helpline, better ticketing facilities, upgraded stations, surveillance cameras for enhanced passenger safety, online booking of retiring rooms and cleaner trains are very positive developments for the domestic travel sector.
