Union Budget 2016: Tax rebate ceiling raised from Rs 2,000 to Rs 5,000 for income below Rs 5 lakh per annum

More than 2 crore taxpayers under the Rs 5 lakh income slab will receive a rebate of Rs 3000 in their tax liability.
