Amazon announces Diwali sale from Oct 26-28

After concluding a successful 'The Great Indian Festive Sale' from October 13-17, the ecommerce player Amazon has announced a three-day Diwali sale this month.

The sale will commence from October 26 and will continue till October 28.

Amazon is amongst the first to announce the sale keeping in mind the usual shopping binge ahead of the festive season of Diwali.

Snapdeal, Flipkart and other major e-commerce players are likely to pitch in too with discounts and sales to lure customers ahead of Diwali. The festive season is always a good time for e-commerce players as customers go shopping big time. The festivities of diwali are likely to see another battle of the big-wigs in the segment.

Recently, Flipkart, Snapdeal and Amazon concluded their festive discount sale from October 13-17 claiming big success and sold-out deals within a few hours with the portals seeing heavy online traffic on their sites.
