Lenovo unveils new laptops with Intel's Core M CPUs at CES 2015

The Chinese company has launched a bevy of products at CES. In addition to new smartphones, the world's number one PC manufacturer has launched a number of new laptops.

Intel's Core M next generation processors have been delayed by at least 3-4 months, but hey, they are finally here. Lenovo is making use of Intel's new silicon in its newly launched Laptops and convertibles at CES, in Las Vegas, USA.

The Chinese company has launched a bevy of products at CES. In addition to new smartphones, the world's number one PC manufacturer has launched a number of new laptops.

Its consumer friendly Yoga line sees a big upgrade. The Yoga 3 is offered in two sizes - 11-inches and 14-inches.

Both the laptops have been updated with Intel's Core M processor.

The 14-inch model even gets a full HD IPS screen, all fit into a chassis that's as big as a standard 13-inch notebook. On the 14-inch model, the consumer can even upgrade to Nvidia's discrete graphics.

The 11-inch model will start at $800 and the 14-inch model will start at $980.

The 2015 model of the ThinkPad Yoga is offered in three sizes. It is available in 12-inch, 14-inch and 15-inch sizes. The 12-inch model has a standard 1366x768 pixels display, while the 14-inch and the 15-inch model have a full-HD display.

All models have been updated with Intel's new Core M processors.

They even integrate Intel's RealSense 3D camera technology. If you like, you can even opt for Lenovo's ActivePen for precise pen input. The ThinkPad Yoga's are priced between $1000 and $1,200.

The ThinkPad X1 Carbon has also been updated to commemorate the 100 millionth ThinkPad.

"I'm thrilled to join Lenovo in celebrating 100 million ThinkPads shipped with Windows!" said Satya Nadella, CEO Microsoft.

It has been updated with the Core M CPU and now it has become the world's lightest high-performance Ultrabook.

It is worth nothing at approximately 1.3Kgs, it is lighter than the 13-inch MacBook Air. It will be available in January for $1,249 in the US.

Lenovo has even updated its basic Flex line of laptops.

They are available in 11-inch, 14-inch and 15-inch sizes. While the smaller 11-inch model has a Pentium processor, the larger models have been updated to the new Core M processors.

They cost between $400 and $580 and will be available in May in the US.

As always, currently there is no word on the India price and release for all the products.
