The priority in the first 100 days would be given to both short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed for the improvement of the Indian economy:

>> In the short run, the issues related to speculative increase in food grain prices would be addressed and the government would look forward to selling its huge buffer in the market to ease the pressure on food grain prices and discount the effect of speculative increase in prices

>> Emphasis would be given to addressing the problems leading to sluggish approval processes and high turnaround time of large infrastructure projects resulting in delays in implementation

>> The policy decisions regarding FDI in multi-brand retail and other sectors would be addressed and reworked to make these more investment friendly for foreign investors

>> Procedures and legal frameworks acting as bottlenecks in the ease of doing business would also be looked into with top priority

>> Emphasis would also be laid on the "beti bachao aandolan" as suggested in the BJP manifesto in order to address issues related to women safety and also building up educational infrastructure to provide quality education to the growing younger population.
