Billionaires lose millions with stock market crash

The drop in the Wall Street stocks again on Thursday wiped $93 billion of the collective wealth of the world's 500 richest people, with 20 of them losing as least $1 billion each. Amazon.com Inc CEO Jeff Bezos, who is the world's richest person, saw his wealth drop by $5.3 billion to $113.2 billion as his company's stocks dropped 4.7% on Thursday, as per the Bloomberg Billionaires Index

Philanthropist and Berkshire Hathaway Inc.Chairman Warren Buffett was the biggest loser as he lost $5.1 billion after Tuesday crash. Berkshire plunged 9.2%, the highest in S&P 500. It is the biggest shareholder of Wells Fargo & Co.

Microsoft founder Bill Gates lost $2.2. billion after the Tuesday crash. Other losers included, Zara founder Amancio Ortega, who for a brief period last week was crowned as the richest person in the world. He lost $1.22 billion in total

Facebook Inc. founder Mark Zuckerberg fortune slipped $3.4 billion and his current net worth is  $70.8 billion after the crash on Thursday

Google's Larry Page (in picture) and Sergey Brin lost $2.1 and $2 billion, respectively. Page had $50.5 billion, while Brin owned $49.2 billion at the end of Thursday
