Kingfisher Villa

The sea-facing villa located in Goa's Candolim beach is valued to be Rs 90 crore but sold at Rs 73 crore to actor Sachiin Joshi.  It has been a venue for many lavish parties featuring celebrities and business moguls.

Indian Empress

The Indian Empress is the 33rd largest private yachts in the world. It was initially launched as Al Mirqab for the Qatari Royal Family before Mallya bought it in 2006.

Since then he has hosted parties on his yacht each year during the Monaco Grand Prix with several A list members on the guest list.

Kingfisher brand

On April 30, 2016, the auction of various brands and trademarks of the defunct Kingfisher Airlines failed to attract a single bidder for sale of these pledged assets at a reserve price of Rs 366.70 crore.

The other items on sale included the Kingfisher logo, once-famous tagline 'Fly the Good Times', Flying Models, Funliner, Fly Kingfisher and Flying Bird Device.

UB City

United Breweries Holdings Ltd (UBHL) has a 55 per cent share in Kingfisher Towers, a luxury residential project and office-cum-mall UB City in downtown Bangalore.

UBHL's share of Kingfisher Towers' 4.18 lakh square feet area living space with a price of Rs 33,000 per sq ft was worth Rs 1,500 crore before the slowdown of realty prices.

Kingfisher House, Mumbai

Lenders' attempt to sell the headquarters of defunct Kingfisher Airlines, Kingfisher House in Mumbai failed for the third time in December 2016 as none of buyers showed interest despite a 15 per cent cut to a reserve price of Rs 115 crore.

The fourth round will be held on March 6, by SBICAP Trustee Company for a reserve price of Rs 103.5 crore.
