Doon School
Set amidst the foothills of the Himalayas, Doon School is a five hour drive from Delhi. This boys-only school was established in 1929 in the Doon Valley. Doon has been a grooming ground for India's richest kids. Notable alumni include Rahul Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, Hero Group's Sunil Munjal and Pawan Munjal.
Fee: School fee presently is Rs. 9,70,000 per annum and incidental expenses are estimated at around 25,000/- per term. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 3,50,000/- is required at the time of admission. A onetime admission fee of Rs. 3,50,000/- is also charged.
