
Budget airline SpiceJet has extended its 'travellight' fare offer until 23:59 hours, May 3, 2015. The airline has also added its 1 lakh more seats to the 1.5 lakh seats available on direct and onward flights on the domestic network, it said on its website.
Travel period under the scheme has also been extended from June 22, 2015 to October 15, 2015.
The offer says passengers travelling with hand (cabin) baggage only (maximum 7 kg of hand baggage per passenger, plus standard sized laptop bag or ladies purse) will be charged Rs 999 per ticket (all inclusive, one-way fare).
Those who want to carry more than a hand baggage on these fares, check-in baggage up to 15 kg will cost a flat Rs 750.
The airline on Monday launched the limited period offer for passengers travelling with hand baggage.
