MindTree on Thursday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 32 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2010.
It had a net profit of Rs 54.4 crore in the same period previous fiscal.
"The current year figures are not comparable with the previous year's as the acquisition of a company was effective October 1, 2009," MindTree said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Revenues of the company stood at Rs 391.2 crore during January-March quarter. It had revenues of Rs 344.4 crore in the year ago period.
The board has proposed a final dividend of 12.5 per cent or Rs 1.25 per equity share of par value of Rs 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2011.
For the year ended March 31, 2011, the company has posted a net profit of Rs 101 crore. The company had a net profit of Rs 214.8 crore in a year ago period.
Shares of MindTree today closed at Rs 391 on BSE, up 1.30 per cent from the previous close.
