The CBI has named Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's daughter and Rajya Sabha MP Kanimozhi in its supplementary chargesheet in the 2G scam case.
Acccording to sources, the chargesheet has details of how over Rs 214 crore was illegally routed by former telecom minister A Raja, who is currently in jail, and his associates to Kalaignar TV through DB Realty for giving a licence to Swan Telecom.
Swan Telecom is one of the firms chargesheeted in the scam. The chargesheet has connected the dots between the start and finish points of the Rs 214 crore kickbacks allegedly given to Raja.
