Budget 2026: For the real estate sector, Motilal Oswal has specifically tagged Brigade Enterprises, Prestige Estates, Sobha, Lodha Developers, and Godrej Properties among key realty stocks likely to benefit if expectations play out.
Stocks to buy: Foreign brokerage CLSA called stocks such as ONGC and DLF as underdogs. It also likes NTPC. On ONGC, CLSA said the upstream stock is pricing in a Brent crude price lower than the current price.
DLF Q1: The company's consolidated revenue stood at Rs 2,981 crore, while EBITDA came in at Rs 628 crore for the quarter.
An analyst from Arihant Capital said that Suzlon Energy has taken support near the 200-day SMA on the daily charts and has witnessed a sharp rebound accompanied by higher volumes.

Oberoi Realty stock also closed 1.83% higher at Rs 1845.65. Market cap of the realty firm climbed to Rs 67,108 crore on February 1.
An analyst from Arihant Capital said that Prices of ICICI Bank have taken support at the demand zone of Rs 1,200 - 1,190 levels and have bounced back on the higher side on the daily charts.
HDFC Bank: Religare Broking said the bank's credit-to-deposit (CD) ratio experienced significant deterioration after the merger with HDFC, reaching levels as high as 108.4 per cent. But, the trend has recently begun to reverse, it said.
Multibagger stock : The stock gained 4.5% to Rs 868.70 on BSE. Market cap of the firm rose to Rs 2.14 lakh crore.
DLF stock climbed 2.1% to Rs 871.15 on BSE. Market cap of the firm rose to Rs 2.11 lakh crore.
