Raj Nayak, the new CEO of Colors, has put to rest all speculations looming large over the future of his co-founded company AIDEM Ventures, an independent media consulting company.

In the last two days he has personally spoken to clients and assured them of the professional team at AIDEM to work closely with them and assure them of continuity in their business.

Speaking to BT, Nayak said, "I have personally spoken to all my clients and assured them of stability and continuity in their business."

Currently, AIDEM handles ad sales of NDTV Good Times, Sahara's three channels (Sahara One, Filmy and Firangi), Sri Adhikari Brothers' Mastiii, Dabangg and Dhamaal, BAG Films and Media's News24 and E24 and Live India and Mi Marathi.

Further when quizzed Nayak on the way forward for AIDEM and if he will continue to be a part of AIDEM, Nayak explained, "AIDEM is a professionally managed company where there are very senior industry professionals who are part of the management and they'll definitely strategize on what is the way forward for Aidem."

Nayak also said that he will completely cut off from Aidem and will step down from the board of AIDEM because it would be conflict of interest with his current assignment at Colors. "On the part of handover, we are working on restructuring the whole arrangement. The new team of AIDEM will reengineer and restructure the whole company," Nayak concluded.
