Baahubali: The Conclusion countinued its success spree on Monday as well. Trade Analyst, Taran Adarsh tweeted, "The *Hindi version* of #Baahubali2 BULLDOZES *all* records with KNOCKOUT biz on Monday… *Early est*: ? 35 cr+… Await final numbers!" Talking about the film's Hidi biz, "#Baahubali2 is the new yardstick… Crossed ? 50 cr: Day 2, Crossed ? 100 cr: Day 3, Crossed ? 150 cr: Day 4, Nett biz… HINDI… India biz".



Ramesh Bala wrote, "According to early estimates, #Baahubali2 in Hindi on Monday (May 1st) has done about ? 37 Crs Nett All-India.. Highest Monday ever.."


The fans' desperation to know the answer to the question, Why Katappa killed Baahubali has smashed all the records at the ticket window. The film has surpassed Aamir Khan's PK lifetime collection in North America.


At US box office, Baahubali: The Conclusion now ranks at number three, after Fast and the Furious 8 and a Latin film starring Salma Hayek. In terms of collections, Baahubali 2 has left behind an Emma Watson and Tom Hanks film as well.

Baahubali 2: The Conclusion is believed to have already earned Rs 500 crore via satellite and theatrical rights even before its release. The satellite rights of the Hindi version of Baahubali 2 were bought by Sony TV for Rs 51 crore, which is the highest amount paid for a dubbed film so far.

It is also the highest price the channel has paid for a regional film for television screening. It seems like Baahubali 2 is all set to open a new chapter in the Indian film industry.

Baahubali 2: The Conclusion tightens the loose ends of Baahubali: The Beginning. Besides solving the mystery to the question, "Why Katappa killed Baahubali?", the second film also shows Mahendra Baahubali avenging the death of his father by taking on Bhallala Deva.

Actors Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah, Ramya Krishnan and Sathyaraj sketch their original Baahubali roles in the new film.
