And an important part of that is knowing what the different parts are. Most of the vital details are always invisible, and the only way to see them is to tear the shoe apart.
This shoe that we’re looking at is a Wingtip, called a Brogue in England. This is, in effect, what the various bits and pieces of finely crafted leather look like before they are stitched together to form the shoe.
