An apprentice proof reader at my uncle's newspaper. I was still in school then. Those were the days of letter press printers and proof reading had its own charm and challenges

Awinash Awate, my manager at TCS. He instilled in me a love for problem solving that has stayed with me to this day
My first promotion
To a Senior Consultant in Cambridge Technology Partners, an IT consulting firm. It gave me a great sense of accomplishment
My first disappointment
My first job post MBA. This banking technology firm was set in its ways of doing work, and every time I challenged an existing practice, people would resist, and the chasm between us would widen. I quit in less than three months.
