SPEEDMASTER 'DARK SIDE OF THE MOON'

The Omega Speedmaster is back in black. Considering that the Speedmaster series has remained NASA's personal favourite for space-bound astronauts, the title of this device hardly comes as a surprise. A sexy-yet-sophisticated take on the legendary Moonwatch timepiece, it features a matte black ceramic case and a black cordura strap while small pops of colour - in the form of red and white details - stand against the pitch black zirconium oxide ceramic dial. While the insides of the watch house a co-axial calibre 9300 automatic chronograph movement, its dial is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment. It's all there - for those who want to grab the moon.

NICOLAS RIEUSSEC RISING HOURS

In the Montblanc world, time is a disc. Rising Hours, the latest offering from the prestigious watch house, relies on two discs - one placed above the other - to show not only 12 hours of a day, but also indicate their ante and post meridiems. Instead of the regular hour hand, it has a disc bearing Arabic numerals for 12 hours turning below a little triangular index, and the numbers change colour depending on whether it is night or day. And that's just one of the five disc displays that rotate on the dial!

TURBINE CHRONO

With the Chrono, Perrelet's iconic Turbine collection ushers in a timepiece that offers an apt demonstration of the brand's technical expertise. Incorporating a chronograph into a Turbine watch, Perrelet cleverly displays the additional function on its dial without detracting from the collection's singular identity. Through a set of cleverly superimposed effects, the chronograph measurements are provided by a central seconds chronograph hand and an innovative 60-minute counter.

A culmination of everything Louis Vuitton has envisioned for the urban globetrotter, the Tambour eVolution Chronograph Pink Gold is a watch for all seasons. With an edgy and highly masculine feel, it is a revolutionary departure from traditional Tambour and features a black MMC flat-edged insert with the monogram logo and a nine-groove ergonomic screw crown for enhanced grip. The eVolution is also the first Louis Vuitton watch solely with a metal strap.
