Supply chain risk is rising sharply on the back of greater complexity of products and services, higher energy prices and increasing fi nancial volatility, among other factors, but relatively few companies are acting on these challenges, according to the fi ndings of a McKinsey & Co. survey of 273 senior executives from around the world.
