One of the leading providers of high quality serviced office space in the UK, Avanta, has now entered India. Sean Morgan, MD, Avanta India and Middle East, spoke to BT’s Manu Kaushik about its new projects. Excerpts:
Avanta India has acquired prime properties in Delhi and Mumbai. In Delhi, we have already started leasing office space, while our Mumbai offices will be up for lease by the end of the year. We have refitted the interiors to provide ultra-modern office spaces. Avanta also offers meeting and training room facilities for companies that want to hire space to conduct interviews or seminars.
What about the cost?
Our aim is to provide organisations of all sizes with what they want— high quality accommodation in prime locations at affordable prices.
What prompted you to enter India now?
Many foreign companies are coming to India. These companies don’t have to bother about spending time and money on setting up offices; we will do it for them. We have plans to open 18-20 serviced offices in both Delhi and Mumbai.
