Shares of India's largest private bank gained nearly 2.3 per cent on Friday, though it ended off the day's high.
ICICI Bank, the country's largest private sector lender, reported a 31 per cent jump in net profit to Rs 1,902 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31.
ICICI Bank closed at 860.75, up 2.3 per cent, on the BSE. It traded between 841 and 874.50 in Friday's session.

Sensex ending almost just 3 points higher at 17134.25.
