
Infosys shares fell as much as 2.7 per cent in early trade on the bourses after a senior executive quit the company.
The IT company had on Thursday said Prasad Thrikutam, in charge of strategic sales, marketing and alliances, has quit the company.
Reacting to the news, shares of Infosys were down 2.07 per cent at Rs 2,975 on the Bombay Stock Exchange in early trade. At the same time, the scrip was down 2.18 per cent on the National Stock Exchange at Rs 2,975.
Infosys has lost at least 11 senior managers over the past year or so, as India's second-largest IT services exporter looks for a new chief executive.
Last month, president and board member BG Srinivas had quit.
