The
Bombay Stock Exchange today annulled 1,354 trades executed in the pre-open session on Friday, following a technical glitch in the trading system.
The trades were annulled to ensure fairness and transparency in the price discovery mechanism, BSE said in a statement here, adding that all pending orders entered during the pre-open session in the exchange system were also cancelled.
The BSE announced the annulment of trades by way of a ticker message on all its trading terminals and also sent a notice to all market participants, it said.
