Share Market News Today Updates, 10 November 2022: Trends on SGX Nifty indicated a lower opening for the domestic markets.Share Market Updates Today: Indian equity benchmarks declined on Thursday, taking cues from global markets. Asian shares declined as Japan's Nikkei index slipped 0.91 per cent, South Korea's KOSPI dropped 0.98 per cent, the Shanghai Composite index fell 0.39 per cent and Hang Seng Index moved 1.70 per cent down.
Overnight, all three major US stock indexes fell sharply as investors awaited US inflation data for clues about the severity of Federal Reserve's future interest rate hikes.
In contrast, US stock futures rose, indicating a higher opening for Wall Street today. S&P futures climbed 0.27 per cent, Nasdaq futures moved 0.31 per cent higher and Dow Futures gained 0.25 per cent.
On the domestic front, Nifty components Apollo Hospitals Enterprise, Eicher Motors, shoe-maker Bata India, and food delivery service provider Zomato would report quarterly numbers today.
Foreign institutional investors bought a net of Rs 387 crore equities on Wednesday, while domestic investors sold Rs 1,060 crore of shares, as per provisional data available with the National Stock Exchange.

The overall market breadth stood negative as 1,261 shares advanced while 2,203 declined on BSE. The market capitalization (m-cap) of BSE-listed companies stood at Rs 281.59 lakh crore.
All the 15 sector gauges -- compiled by the National Stock Exchange -- settled in the red. Sub-indexes Nifty Auto, Nifty PSU Bank and Nifty Consumer Durables underperformed the NSE platform by falling as much as 1.95 per cent, 1.28 per cent and 1.18 per cent, respectively.
Mid- and small-cap shares finished on a lower note as Nifty Midcap 100 fell 1.16 per cent and small-cap slipped 1.15 per cent.
On the stock-specific front, Tata Motors was the top Nifty loser as the stock cracked 4.61 per cent to close at Rs 413.20. Axis Bank, M&M, Bajaj Finserv and Titan were also among the laggards. In contrast, Hero MotoCorp, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ONGC and Bharti Airtel were among the top gainers.

Shares of Quess Corp dived 10.36 per cent to trade at Rs 490.85. The stock hit an intraday low -- also 52-week low -- of Rs 488.90 today.
Shares of VRL Logistics slumped 9.01 per cent to trade at Rs 559.60. The stock hit an intraday low of Rs 544.45 today.

Shares of Neuland Laboratories jumped 20 per cent to hit a day high of Rs 1,701.80 (upper price band).
Tata Motors, Axis Bank, Titan, Bajaj Finserv and M&M were among the top laggards on NSE with their shares down as much as 4.56 per cent.
Shares of Aurobindo Pharma plunged 13 per cent to trade at Rs 471. The stock hit an intraday low -- also its 52-week low -- of Rs 470.15 today.
Shares of TeamLease Services plunged 16.16 per cent to trade at Rs 2,388.15. The stock hit an intraday low -- also its 52-week low -- of Rs 2,331 today.
Shares of Gujarat Pipavav Port surged 8.35 per cent to trade at Rs 96.05. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 97.40 today.
