I have never gone over budget on any of my films: Gurinder Chadha

 I never went overdrawn at university unlike all my fellow students who came out in debt
I have never gone over budget on any of my films

My childhood was quite frugal. But I spend everything on my kids. Whatever they ask for they get.

Why financiers back Gurinder Chadha's projects with sums of $30 million:
