These stiletto heels were designed by The UK designer Debbie Wingham, famous for her opulent creations for celebrities. She had also designed the most expensive dress in the world, a Red Diamond Abaya gown. The heels feature three-carat rare pink and one-carat blue diamonds, which alone cost over $128k (USD), not to forget the stitching with an 18 carat gold thread.

Designed by Ronald Winston, son of Harry Winston in 1989, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the movie 'The Wizard of Oz', the slippers boast 4600 pieces of 1,350 carat rubies, and also 50 carats of diamonds.
