He brings over 18 years of experience in investment management and equity research.Before joining Ambit, Trilok worked with Dymon Asia Capital and Aditya Birla Sun Life Limited (ABSLI). At ABSLI, he was a core member of the investment team overseeing equities of over INR 15,000 crore and, at the time of his exit, was managing funds worth over INR 4,000 crore. His funds delivered an average alpha of 280 bps over five years, consistently outperforming benchmarks. He also played a key role in launching and scaling funds between 2016 and 2020, garnering over INR 1,000 crore in AUM. Recognized for his consistent performance, Trilok was nominated as a Young Leader for three consecutive years within the Aditya Birla Financial Services group. Bhargav Buddhadev is the Fund Manager of the Ambit Micro Marvels Portfolio and co-manages the Ambit Emerging Giants Small Cap Portfolio at Ambit Asset Management. He brings over 20 years of experience in investment management and equity research, with a strong specialization in mid- and small-cap companies. Prior to joining Ambit Asset Management, Bhargav was with Kotak Mutual Fund, where he contributed to the investment decision-making process for mid- and small-cap funds. Earlier, at Ambit Institutional Equities, he spearheaded research on mid-cap stocks and created the successful Beachcombing Series, a small-cap research product that identified undiscovered businesses through extensive on-ground channel checks with competitors, suppliers, and distributors. Before joining Ambit, Siddharth spent 18 years with Motilal Oswal Financial Services (MOFSL), contributing significantly to both institutional equities and asset management. At Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company (MOAMC), he was part of the core team that launched its active mutual fund business in 2013 and played a pivotal role in scaling its AUM from nil to INR 220 billion. He managed the Focused Large Cap 25 Fund and Aggressive Hybrid Fund, overseeing ~INR 150 billion across four funds at its peak.
