| Profile | Darshan is currently a Portfolio Manager at Karma Capital Advisors, having joined in 2020. He has an overall buy side research experience of over 12 years and at Karma Capital he’s a key member of the research and fund management team. His responsibilities include managing small and midcap funds at Karma Capital, and coverage of companies in key focus sectors including information technology, business services, auto and auto ancillaries, industrials, and consumer durables. He is also responsible for new idea generation, maintenance and tracking of existing portfolio positions, marketing, and portfolio analytics. Darshan works with the research team to provide research insights for portfolio decisions, and various research related activities. Prior to joining Karma Capital in 2020, Darshan was a senior analyst at Alchemy Capital Management for almost 10 years. He also has experience as a credit rating analyst (CRISIL Ltd) and as a software engineer (Tata Consultancy Services Ltd). Darshan holds a bachelor’s in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai. He has completed his MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. |
