
Country's largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki on Wednesday said its S-Cross vehicle will be priced at Rs 8,34,000 for diesel model (ex-showroom Delhi).
The crossover vehicle will compete with the likes of Hyundai Creta, Renault Duster and Nissan Terrano. The S-Cross is available with two engine options-DDiS 320 and DDiS 200 engine.
The 1.6 litre DDiS 320 diesel engine is the biggest by Maruti Suzuki. It delivers a massive torque of 320Nm @ 1750rpm and has a variable geometry turbocharger (VGT).
The 1.3 litre diesel engine with variable geometry turbocharger generates torque of 200Nm @ 1750rpm.
The Maruti S-Cross crossover has four variants- Sigma, Delta, Zeta and the Alpha.
The Maruti Suzuki S-Cross is available in five colours- Urban Blue, Caffeine Brown, Pearl Arctic White, Granite Grey and Premium Silky Silver.
