Amazon has launched Amazon Elements, a line of premium products that are only available to Prime subscription members (membership costs $99 per year and includes free two-day shipping on tons of items as well as music, TV, and movie streaming).
The Amazon elements products are aimed to promote transparency and take ethical manufacturing into consideration for purchasing decisions. To ensure this, every Amazon product will include information on where each ingredient in it was sourced and why, as well as when and where it was manufactured.
When you scan the QR code on the product with Amazon app, you get all information about the product.
