After Acer, now Asus has announced the launch of a
sub Rs 10,000 tablet in the Indian market. The MeMO Pad 172V is a 7-inch tablet with 1024 x 600p resolution. Running on Android Jelly Bean operating system, the tablet is powered with 1GHz processor and 1GB RAM. It comes with 8GB internal memory with support for an expandable memory card slot while offering 5GB of web storage. There is also a 1MP front camera onboard and a 4270mAh battery. Weighing 358 grams, the device is priced at Rs 9,999 and will be available in three colous - Pink, White and Grey.
