In fact, the average age in India by 2020 will be 29 whereas for other leading countries like the US and other developing countries like China, it will be more then 40.

Considering that in the past 10 years, the government has done nothing to utilise this opportunity, the new government should definitely focus on the following points:

1. Connecting the rivers nationwide.

2. Everyone can't afford quality health care since the cost of health care is increasing day by day due to privatization. This should be addressed.

3. Encourage entrepreneurship in renewable energy sector and draw a roadmap for the next 50 to 100 years in such a way that India should never face any energy crisis.

4. Should identify the problems in the country and use the students across the country. For example: A new token-based online municipality management system can be created across India with the help of IIT students and can be marketed well for the public to use with the help of IIM students.

5. Should bring more manufacturing companies. Technologically, India should become sound by encouraging research in possible fields, this should further increase employment to utilise the power of demographic dividend.
