Google launches Nexus 7 tablet, how is it different from others

Google on Wednesday announced that it will sell its own tablet computer, the Nexus 7. Based on its Android operating system , the new tablet Nexus 7 is seen as the latest challenge to Apple's iPad and Amazon.com Inc.'s Kindle Fire.
