Ranbaxy Laboratories on Wednesday said former
Cairn India Executive Director
Indrajit Banerjee has joined the company as President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
"Indrajit Banerjee has joined on August 24, 2011 as President & Chief Financial Officer of the company," Ranbaxy Laboratories said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Prior to joining Ranbaxy, Banerjee was with Cairn India.
He had stood down from his position as Executive Director and CFO with effect from August 23.
He will fill in the position left vacant in Ranbaxy with the departure of Omesh Sethi in January this year.
Prior to joining Ranbaxy, Indrajit Banerjee was with Cairn India.
