Intex has added a new
touch phone to its portfolio. Intex Cola, a dual-SIM phone, is priced at Rs 2,190, and features a 2.4-inch touchscreen, 1.3 MP camera with flash, and an expandable memory up to 8 GB.
Intel also plans to add new models of its existing
touch phones - Avatar and Sense - in different screen sizes and different price points
Intel plans to add eight touch phones to its line-up this fiscal and is targeting revenues of Rs 400 crore this fiscal.
Intex sells 1.8 lakh handsets per month and sold over two million handsets in FY12.
