Lamborghini,
the Italian carmaker, reportedly would keep the price tag of its cheapest car Urus at Pound 135,000 (approx Rs 1.1 Crore). The company showcased the SUV at the Beijing Motor Show earlier this year.
The car has received some great appreciation even before its launch, but speculations are still doing rounds on its release date. According to latest reports, the car would debut in 2016. Though, the price could be around Rs 2 crore in India when launched.
The SUV reportedly will be powered by 4.0 litre V8 motor that produces a max power output of 600 bhp and a max torque figure of 480 lb ft and will be pitched against the likes of BMW X6, Porsche Cayenne etc after its launch.
In India, the carmaker sells two models - Gallardo and Aventador that are priced at Rs 2 and 3.7 crore respectively in India.
