I call it BHAG, short for 'big, hairy, audacious goal', but it's exciting," she says, adding that there is immense scope to create value for farmers. "I have spent many years in building brands. However, doing something for rural India requires a different approach and learning," says Talwar, who started her career with Nestl India where she launched the Maggi brand.
