With the competition catching up,
Toyota Innova may get an upgrade and the new model might go on sale from early next year, reports said.
Tata Motors had recently launched a new version of Aria to take on the Innova. Since its launch,
Toyota Innova has remained more or less the same, except some facelifts. Despite that, the Innova still remains a favourite in its segment.

Reports speculated that the new Innova may sport all-new headlamps, a new grille with horizontal slats, and a new bumper with integrated fog lamps. But the engine may not see any major changes. Neither would the wheelbase nor its length.
Reports also speculated that Toyota may also look into increasing cabin space especially in the third row of seats.
