Stock of pharmaceutical firm Ranbaxy Laboratories fell on Monday after media reports said the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) is inspecting its active pharmaceutical ingredient or API manufacturing factory at Toansa in Punjab.
The stock fell more than 8 per cent to hit its day's low of Rs 420.
At 3:11 pm, the stock was trading at Rs 439.10, down 5.09 percent.
