Reliance Communications (RCom) on Wednesday launched a new value-added service (VAS) in association with SBI which will enable its users to avail the bank's various services through their mobile phones.
Facilities like balance inquiry, mini statement, fund transfer, cheque book issuance, mobile recharge and bill payment can be availed through cellphones under the company's 'Mobile Banking Services', a RCom release said.
"The mobile banking service is yet another useful service for our customers as they can now avoid long queues at SBI branches," RCom President-Wireless Business Mahesh Prasad said.
