Shares of
Reliance Industries turned negative on Friday, dragging the Sensex into the red. At 1.10 pm, RIL shares were trading down 0.7 per cent at 945.45, off its early highs of 967.90.
The absence of any major announcements by its Chairman Mukesh Ambani at the company's annual shareholder meeting disappointed
RIL investors.
The Sensex was down 63 points at 18,430.
