Sesa Goa on Monday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 4,222 crore for the year ended March 31.
The revenues stood at Rs 9,745 crore in the same period, Sesa Goa said in a regulatory filing. The company had a profit of Rs 2,629 crore in 2009-10 on a revenue of Rs 6,162.3 crore.
The figures are, however, not comparable with the previous year as the Pig Iron Segment numbers were included in results of 2010-11, the company said.
The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,461.7 crore for three months ended March 31, 2011.
In the year-ago period, the same stood at Rs 1,212.8 crore.
