A special court on Monday summoned Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi's daughter and DMK MP Kanimozhi and four others to appear before it on May 6 as accused in 2G spectrum case saying "there is enough incriminating material on record" to proceed against them.
The court issued summons also to Kalaignar TV Managing Director Sharad Kumar, Karim Morani, Director of Cineyug Media and Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd, who are named as accused, for May 6. The three have not been arrested so far.
"There is enough incriminating material on record to proceed against the accused persons," Special Judge O P Saini said.
