Wipro to buy Promax for AUD 35 million

Wipro has signed an agreement to buy Australia's Promax for AUD 35 million. The acquisition will help Wipro strengthen its push into the analytics segment.

• US likely to face a shortage of 190,000 people with deep analytical skills by 2018. That could be a $20 billion outsourcing opportunity.
