
OnePlus is launching yet another smartphone, the OnePlus X in India. The Chinese company has shared the invite for the October 29 event, where the company has hinted that it is likely to launch the new smartphone.
From what has been leaked so far, the new OnePlus X will be first launched in India and will reach rolled out in the other markets at a later date. It is expected to be a mid-range, which should be priced around $220 (approximately Rs 15,000). The OnePlus X is likely to have a 5 inch full HD display and is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 801 processor, paired with 2GB or 3GB of RAM. It will have a 16GB onboard storage and will support expandable memory card too. It might also be equipped with a 13MP camera and a 5MP or 8MP front facing camera. Rumours suggest that the OnePlus X will have a 3000 mAh battery and 4G LTE support. A few days ago, OnePlus had also tweeted from its official Twitter account, 'Like nothing else we've made before. #PowerfullyBeautiful,' with a caption 'Beauty in the making.'
Recently, OnePlus has announced its plan to manufacture smartphones in India, for which, the company had tied up with Foxconn. The company also stated that all the models will be manufactured in India, which indicates that the OnePlus X might also be made in India.
