Adobe to launch new software suite

Adobe is set to launch Creative Suite 6, its latest version software package aimed for designers and Web developers.

Creative Suite 6 includes Photoshop, Illustrator and other programs.

Adobe will also offer Creative Suite 6 on a monthly subscription basis as part of its Creative Cloud offering. Subscriptions start at $50 a month for those who sign up for a year.

Customers can also buy CS6 as a packaged software suite, with prices ranging from $275 to $2,599.
