On Monday, LG Electronics announced its foray into high-end lifestyle products with the launch of the world's first, Door in Door refrigerator. Aimed at preventing cooling loss caused by constant closing and opening of the main door, it offers instant access to the favorite food, drinks and snacks without opening the complete refrigerator. Priced at Rs 1,76,500, this feature helps in saving up to 36 per cent energy while providing up to 2.5 times more storage space. The touch control panel makes it look premium and it even has a vacuum lock that keeps vegetables and fruits fresh for up to 14 days.
Along with the Wonder Door Refrigerator, LG also launched a complete water solution that not only purifies water but acts as a smart water dispenser as well. This lifestyle product can be used for accessing hot and cold water instantly and has s stainless steel tank. Available in two capacities, 5.1 liter and 6.9 liter, these purifiers are priced at Rs 34,490 and Rs 39,990 respectively.
